SHOP POLICIES
At Jill of All Cards, our ultimate goal is to make you - our customer and friend - happy! In order to do this, we pledge to always be friendly in our communication and to provide a quality product with a touch of uniqueness in a timely manner that will inspire you to write!

1:ORDERS AND SHIPPING
Orders will normally be prepared and shipped within three days from the date of placement, unless otherwise indicated in rare cases when I might be on vacation or not available for more than a couple of days. All orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service in a standard flat rate box. Shipping is available to USA and APO addresses. Make sure you verify the shipping address during checkout, as we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If your order is greater than $35, then you qualify for free shipping. Enter "Free Shipping" in promo code area.
If you live near Fairfax, VA and want to pick up - enter "Local" in the promo code area.

2:PRODUCTS
All products are custom made in order to add the uniqueness that sets them apart from the mass-produced products available at retail stores. Due to variations in the materials used and the custom production process, the products may vary slightly from the graphical depiction on the web page.

3:PERSONALIZED CREATIONS
If you do not find the product you are looking for or you would like to design your own - please contact me at jillofallcards@gmail.com and I can create a special product guaranteed to impress! I have designed invitations, thank you cards, business cards, and personalized stationery. If you have a special need or idea, contact me so we can get started - bibbity-bobbity-boo! Prices for personalized creations will be quoted for each project.

4:RETURNS
Due to the nature of the products, Jill of All Cards does not accept returns. Products that are personalized with names or contact information will be proofed by the customer prior to printing. If in the extremely, extremely rare event you are not fully satisfied with a product - please contact me at jillofallcards@gmail.com and tell me what specifically you did not like and I will do my best to make it right.
